Located in Saint-Cyr-au-Mont-d’Or, just a few minutes from the center of Lyon, the Effet Lodge gîte is a charming accommodation ideal for 6 people (7 max). With its 115 m² of air-conditioned space, it features a vast 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and TV. An independent entrance, a large terrace and a heated saltwater swimming pool complete this privileged setting. For families, everything you need is provided: two cots, a bathtub, a high chair and a safety gate are available on request. An extra mattress can also be added for a child. Here, you can enjoy the freedom of a gîte and the conviviality of a guest house.
The 45 m² kitchen-living room is the heart of the gîte, with its brightness and warmth. Open onto the terrace, it features all modern conveniences for a pleasant, independent stay: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. Whether you’re preparing a family dinner, sharing breakfast in the garden or extending your evening with a drink, we’ve thought of everything to make you feel “at home”. The Effet Lodge is a friendly place, ideal for families or groups of friends of up to 6 or 7 people.

From the living room and bedrooms, you can access a large private terrace and a lush garden decorated with local and tropical plants. Here you’ll find deckchairs, armchairs, a charcoal barbecue and a heated outdoor swimming pool (15 × 4 m), solar-powered and salt-treated. Perfect for cooling off after a day in Lyon or enjoying an afternoon in the sun. The pool is shared with the owners’ family at certain times of the year, and remains a peaceful place to relax. Between swimming, playing Molky or reading in the shade, every moment becomes a rejuvenating interlude.
